Jennifer has directed transformation portfolios exceeding £28 million, led teams of more than 100 people, and delivered over 34 AI Digital Transformation programmes, achieving efficiency gains of up to 60% and significant reductions in resource inefficiency.

She specialises in strategy, business transformation, digital innovation, engagement, and programme design; bringing clarity where complexity has stalled progress.
