How It Works
The session moves through three connected stages:
Stage 1: Context and Clarity
We begin by reconnecting your leadership team with your current strategic priorities and ambition. Through structured facilitation, we establish a shared, honest picture of where clarity already exists across the team, and where it does not. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Stage 2: Gap Mapping
Using the proprietary Gap Map Canvas, we take your leadership team through a structured diagnostic across three critical dimensions:

The Alignment Gap: Is leadership speaking with one voice? We examine whether all leaders agree on the top priorities, whether strategy is reaching teams clearly, and whether decisions are being made at the right level and speed.

The Outcome Gap: Are you designing around outcomes or tools? We assess whether your leadership team can collectively name the measurable outcome you are working toward, and whether technology and process decisions are genuinely outcome-driven.

The Execution Gap: Is strategy embedded in how you actually operate? We look at whether day-to-day activity reflects the strategy, whether accountability is clear, and whether your organisation sustains focus when priorities come under pressure.
Each dimension is rated, evidenced with real examples, and stress-tested against where the gap is most commercially costly. The result is a single, objective view of where transformation is stalling and why.
Stage 3: The Alignment Sprint
With the gaps identified, we turn ambition and insight into action.
Working as a team, we identify your single highest-leverage priority, the one move that will create the most forward momentum, and build the immediate structure around it: owners, time horizons, success metrics, and an honest assessment of the enablers and blockers in your path.
The session closes with a One Commitment reflection. Each participant names one action they will champion in the next 30 days. The group agrees one thing the organisation will do differently. Both are documented and held.
