Jess Sutton is a messaging & marketing strategist and copywriter with nearly a decade of experience helping organisations close the gap between who they are, what they do and how that resonates with the people they need to reach. Her expertise sits at the intersection of audience insight, positioning, conversion-led copy and brand narrative; turning research and analytics into messaging and marketing campaigns that hold up under scrutiny from investors, customers, and internal teams alike.

She has successfully delivered a 
client's launch upsell sequence which converted at 8%, and ensured they reached their maximum launch intake goal, has shaped sales page/sales messaging which sold out an in-person retreat. Her copywriting and digital communications average of 40-50% email open rates sustained over 3+ years.
