Embedding Transformation

Why change stalls, and what actually moves it forward

One hour live, interactive session for leaders and practitioners navigating the gap between strategy and adoption.

Why this matters

The gap between how change is delivered and how people actually adopt it is wider than most organisations realise, and nobody budgets for it.

Microsoft's 2026 Work Trend Index found that only 19% of organisations have reached what they call the Frontier,  where individual readiness and organisational capability reinforce each other. The rest are investing time, budget, and energy, and watching it fall short.

Technology moves fast. People do not automatically follow.

This is not a technology problem. It is a leadership, alignment, and execution problem. And it is solvable, when the right framework is running underneath it.

How It Works

We open with you, not us.

Before anything is introduced, we ask the room where they are. Every participant places themselves on the map; what is working, where traction is missing, what resistance feels like from where they stand. The patterns that emerge are almost always more honest than any boardroom conversation.

We name the structural problem: A short, direct exploration of why transformation stalls, not in theory, but in practice. Two workstreams that should be integrated are almost always running in parallel. We show what that costs, and what closing that gap looks like.

We introduce the framework: We walk through the integration of Prosci's ADKAR model and agile delivery; two methodologies that are almost always running on separate tracks, and what happens when they are brought together sprint by sprint.

We bring it to life: A real programme. Junior team members afraid for their roles. Resistance intensifying mid-sprint. The decision to stop pushing and start listening. And what happened next. The full story is in the booklet, shared with every attendee after the session.

We close with commitment, not conclusions: the session ends on the room's own words — one thing taken away, one action chosen. Not a summary slide. A personal next step.

What You Leave With:

Every participant leaves with clarity on exactly where their programme is losing momentum; named, placed, and owned. A framework for integrating change methodology directly into delivery, sprint by sprint. The language to take this conversation back into their organisation. One concrete action, chosen by them, before the next planning cycle. And a copy of the full framework, case study, and diagnostic to work from afterwards.

This is right for you if:

This session is for anyone leading or influencing change in an organisation where the gap between strategy and execution is visible, and frustrating.

You will recognise yourself in this session if you have ever said:

"We ran the pilot. It worked. Then nothing happened."
"Our people aren't resistant to change — they're exhausted by it."
"The board approved the strategy. Six months later I'm not sure anyone remembers what it said."
"We keep delivering. The organisation isn't actually changing."

Sector, size, and methodology do not matter. If the gap between strategy and adoption is visible in your organisation, this session is for you.
